Gaspacho concombre
Ingrédients
- 2 concombres
- 1 grosse poignée de roquette
- 1 dizaine de brins de persil plat
- 1 feuilles dizaine dede menthe fraîche
- 1 Oignon
- 1 gousse d'ail
- 1 citron
- 1 cube de bouillon de légume
- 3 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive
- 1 pincée de fleur de sel
- 1 ou 2 gouttes de tabasco à votre convenance
- sel et poivre 5 baies
- 1 cc de vinaigre balsamique
- Piment d’espelette
Instructions
- Mixer les ingrédients avec de la glace
