
Sauce Nantua
Ingrédients
- 1 c à soupe de cognac
- 1 pincée de noix de Muscade
- sel Poivre
- 200 g de crème fraîche épaisse
- 1 boite de bisque de homard
- 15 g de farine
- 20 cl de lait
- 20 g de beurre
Instructions
- Faire fondre le beurre, ajouter la farine en remuant puis délayer avec le lait.
- Faire cuire en remuant jusqu'à épaississement. Assaisonner.
- Ajouter la bisque de homard et la crème. Laisser cuire 15 minutes et ajouter le cognac.
